There is something pretty special and rare about being able to taste a sparkling wine made in the traditional method that has been resting on the yeast lees for years. Here is your chance to taste two. We are coming to the end of our 2007 Blanc de Noir; only 13 bottles remaining and we will be pouring tastings from two of them. Along with the 2007, we are going to be releasing our new 2009 Blanc de Noir for tasting on this day only. It will be available for purchase but not for tasting again until Valentine's weekend. So seize the bubble and let us know what you think.

Last 3 cases are for sale! Made entirely of Sauvignon blanc, this unfiltered wine tastes of kiwi, peach, and a hint of lychee with a crisp finish. Pair it alongside Peconic Bay oysters and scallops or grilled chicken. Only36 cases were produced. First released in spring, it flew out the doors so quickly that we decided to hold on to 3 cases just for this weekend!
Meet John Ross, the "Farm to Table" pioneer of the North Fork and the first true believer in the value of its wines. Join him at The Old Field as he does a cooking demo of his Spanish paella (containing Cornish game hens, chorizo sausage, lobster, clams,
shrimp, mussels. A sofrito of vegetables and pork will be sautéed with
Spanish rice and saffron, then the chicken, sausage, lobster, shrimp,
clams, and mussels will be layered on top) and a signing of his newest book, The Poetry of Cooking. It's sure to be a delicious and entertaining afternoon so won't you please join us and sample yet another creation by this very talented Chef! FREE EVENT
Experience the history of this farm, unchanged for over 150 years, with the owner Chris Baiz. Stroll down the farm road to the private end of this old estate. There you will see the Old Park Hotel (now the family’s private home) and enjoy the magnificent Bay views. On the business end of the property you will tour the dairy barn turned wine cellar, see the 1850’s ice house and the old Tavern building (now Perry’s home), along with the property’s wonderful specimen trees.
