Cooking Demo & Book Chat, with Chef John Ross

Meet John Ross, the "Farm to Table" pioneer of the North Fork and the first true believer in the value of its wines.  Join him at The Old Field as he does a cooking demo of his Spanish paella (containing Cornish game hens, chorizo sausage, lobster, clams,
shrimp, mussels. A sofrito of vegetables and pork will be sautéed with
Spanish rice and saffron, then the chicken, sausage, lobster, shrimp,
clams, and mussels will be layered on top)  and a signing of his newest book, The Poetry of CookingIt's sure to be a delicious and entertaining afternoon so won't you please join us and sample yet another creation by this very talented Chef!  FREE EVENT
