Dinner with the Winemakers/ Owners and Chef John Ross

We would love to have you join us at our home for a dinner cooked by renowned Chef John Ross.  Mr. Ross was the first North Fork Chef who emphasized the farm to table concept.  He was also the first to support the Long island Wine Industry.  It is a great honour to have him here.

The menu will be:

  • Shrimp cocktail with guacamole and pomegranate seeds  served /The Old Field 2104 Mostly Steel Chardonnay
  • Tournedos of Veal with bordelaise sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes and green beans / 2010 Commodore Perry Merlot
  • Chocolate mousse / wine TBA

Limited to 20 adults- $65.00/pp  for Wine Club Members, $70.00/pp non-members, Adults only.
