2009 Chardonnay Barrel Fermented
This 100% Chardonnay has flavors of honeysuckle and pineapple, finishing in cream. Aged in French oak barrels for 5 months this wine goes great with steamed lobster, Peconic Bay scallops, and rosemary crusted chicken.

2009 Chardonnay Mostly Steel
Flavors of grapefruit and Granny Smith apple, and Lincoln rose pedal this wine finishes with a crispness which goes great with steamed mussels, roasted lemon chicken, and an almond crusted flounder.

100% Pinot noir, it melts in your mouth with its tiny bubbles and velvety fresh white cherry finish. Perfect with oysters on the half shell, lobster, or a mushroom risotto.

2004 Merlot
This wine is made entirely of Merlot grapes and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Tasting of raspberry and cranberry with an earthy finish this wine is ready to drink now. Try a glass alongside a venison sausage or mussels in a red sauce.

2002 Commodore Perry Reserve Merlot
In honour of our ancestor, Matthew Calbraith Perry who opened Japan to the West, we have designed a label portraying the "black ship" that arrived on Japan's shores in 1854.
This 100% Merlot is balanced, medium bodied, and fruity with beautifully developed tannins allowing it to age for years to come. Notes of bright blackberry, red current, plum, and dark chocolate stay on the tongue while aromas of dried mushrooms and rosemary dance in your nose.
Hand crafted by Olive Perry Weiss, named after Matthew's brother, Oliver Hazard Perry, another famous U.S. Naval Officer and hero of the battle of Lake Erie, War of 1812.
