2010 Chardonnay Barrel Fermented
New Release. This creamy 100% Chardonnay has layers of apricot, honeysuckle and poached pear up front, and ends in a nutty, creme brulee finish. With 5 months of french oak aging this wine pairs great next to lobster or wine-baked marjoram chicken.

2010 Chardonnay Mostly Steel
An unusually warm and healthy grape-growing season produced this round, mouth-filling wine. It has a slightly floral scent, reminiscent of apple blossoms, followed by flavors of kumquat rind and green apples, ending in a bright finish.

The Commodore Perry designation is given only to our most exceptional vintages. This 100% Merlot tastes of deep dark cherry, ripened fig and bay leaves ending in a long, chewy finish.
In honour of our ancestor, Matthew Calbraith Perry who opened Japan to the West, we have designed a label portraying the "black ship" that arrived on Japan's shores in 1854.
Hand crafted by Olive Perry Weiss, named after Matthew's brother, Oliver Hazard Perry, another famous U.S. Naval Officer and hero of the battle of Lake Erie, War of 1812.

Rooster Tail Dry Red Table Wine
