2004 Merlot New Release!
This wine is made entirely of Merlot grapes and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Tasting of raspberry and cranberry with an earthy finish this wine is ready to drink now. Try a glass alongside a venison sausage or mussels in a red sauce.

Commodore Perry 2002 Reserve Merlot
In honour of our ancestor, Matthew Calbraith Perry who opened Japan to the West, we have designed a label portraying the "black ship" that arrived on Japan's shores in 1854.
This 100% Merlot is soft and fruity with beautifully developed tannins allowing it to age for years to come and was crafted by Olive "Perry" Weiss, named after Matthew's brother, Oliver Hazard Perry, another famous Commodore.

100% Pinot Noir this wine has an aroma of apricot with a taste of peach and a citrus twang. Bright and refreshing it's a wine that goes great on a hot summer day by a pool or on the beach. $2 of the proceeds is donated to Kent Animal Shelter, where we got our dog Dekka from!

2008 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
Our 2008 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay has 5 months of french oak barrel aging which gives off a delicious smell of honeysuckle and nectarine. Once on your palate pear, cantaloupe, and apple infuse on your tongue. Try it alongside Peconic Bay scallops or a roasted chicken.

2008 Mostly Steel Chardonnay
2008 Mostly Steel Chardonnay is similar to our last steel style Chardonnay with citrus on the nose and flavors of lemon, honeydew melon, and orange rind. A crisp clean wine which goes great with a cheese platter on a rolling meadow in the spring. We even have a nice meadow for you to have a glass of it on!

90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot. Raspberry jam and cinnamon and are on the nose and when it hits your palate, ripe cherry, blackberry and plum slide over the tongue finishing with a splash of nutmeg and the varietal character of spice. 2005 Cabernet Franc
Made from 100% Cabernet Franc this light to medium bodied wine exhibits subtle tannins with a palate of dried fig, cinnamon clove, and black fruit, ending in a long soft finish. As you breathe in the aromas you may find a scent of violets and black pepper. Let this wine air before serving with Lamb, grilled vegetables, or steamers in a garlic sauce. Only a few cases left!

Made from 100% Pinor Noir fruit, this driest of Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines, will delight your mouth with its tiny bubbles.
This bright brut exhibits flavors of orange zest, white cherry, lemon rind and cardamom, ending with a touch of yeastiness.
